Alsam Properties needed a strong digital marketing presence to increase visibility, attract serious property buyers, and generate qualified real estate leads from both local and diaspora investors. The goal was to position the company as a trusted real estate brand while consistently driving potential buyers to inquire about available properties.

We developed a structured digital marketing strategy that includes professional social media management, engaging property content, targeted advertising campaigns, and lead generation systems. The strategy focuses on showcasing properties through high-quality visuals, informative posts, and promotional campaigns designed to reach high-intent buyers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

In addition, we implemented targeted ad campaigns to reach Ethiopian diaspora communities and local investors interested in property ownership. The result is a stronger online presence, increased brand credibility, and a consistent flow of qualified leads that support Alsam Properties’ sales growth.
