Terms of Service

By using our services, visiting our website, or entering into a business agreement with Novatra Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Client”, “User”, or “You”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Novatra Solution is a remote marketing and digital support agency based in Ethiopia. We provide AI-powered marketing, automation systems, digital support, and training solutions to businesses globally.


2. Scope of Services

Our core services include but are not limited to:

  • Content creation & repurposing

  • CRM setup & marketing automation

  • Web design & landing page development

  • Social media management & scheduling

  • Admin and customer service outsourcing

  • Training & development programs (AI tools, marketing systems, automation workflows)

Each project or subscription will include a scope of work outlining deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary content, assets, or platform access

  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

  • Communicate clearly and consistently

  • Pay fees as outlined in invoices or subscription plans

Delays in feedback or asset delivery may impact timelines.


4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due based on agreed terms.

  • Prices are listed in Birr and USD, unless otherwise specified.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money, Stripe, or PayPal.

  • Late payments may result in service pauses or interest charges of 2% per 30 days.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or initiated.


5. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, or code created by Novatra becomes the property of the client after full payment is received.

Novatra retains the right to display non-confidential project work in its portfolio unless otherwise restricted.


6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information confidential, including strategies, customer data, and internal processes.


7. Revisions & Feedback

Unless otherwise noted:

  • Projects include up to 2 revision rounds

  • Revisions must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Additional revision rounds may incur extra charges


8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in the event of:

  • Breach of agreement

  • Non-payment

  • Misuse, abuse, or illegal activity

Upon termination:

  • All pending invoices are due immediately

  • Novatra will deliver all completed, approved work

  • Client may request deletion of all sensitive data


9. Limitation of Liability

Novatra is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or third-party service issues (e.g., Meta, Google, Stripe)

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Loss of profit, opportunity, or indirect damages

Our total liability will not exceed the total paid by the client in the last 30 days.


10. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • Third-party outages

  • Force majeure events

We will always communicate delays promptly.


11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, regardless of where services are accessed.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
