By using the services, tools, website, or content provided by Novatra Solution (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client”, “User”, or “You”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
By using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable service agreements.
Novatra Solution offers remote digital services, including but not limited to:
Content creation and repurposing
Marketing automation and CRM setup
Social media and ad management
Web design and landing pages
Administrative and customer support
Training and development programs related to AI, marketing systems, and digital growth
All services are subject to availability, scope agreement, and applicable fees.
Pricing is provided in both Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and U.S. Dollars (USD), depending on client location and agreement.
Payments are due as outlined in the proposal or invoice.
Accepted methods: bank transfer, mobile money, Stripe, PayPal.
Late payments may result in service delays or termination.
No refunds are issued once a service has been delivered or initiated unless explicitly agreed.
By working with Novatra, you agree to:
Provide timely communication and project assets
Honor agreed timelines and payment terms
Respect the confidentiality and terms of any signed agreements
Not misuse, replicate, or resell our proprietary materials without permission
All materials created by Novatra become the client’s property after full payment.
Novatra retains the right to showcase anonymized, non-confidential work in its portfolio or marketing, unless an NDA is signed.
Training materials, video courses, documents, and guides are protected intellectual property.
Redistribution or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Access to training may be revoked if terms are violated.
We are not liable for:
Platform errors (Meta, Google, TikTok, CRM outages)
Delays caused by client inaction
Indirect or incidental losses (including revenue, profits, or opportunity)
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the last 30 days of service.
We aim for high-quality, consistent delivery. However, service may be interrupted by:
Maintenance
Third-party platform issues
Force majeure (natural disasters, political disruption, etc.)
We will communicate any interruptions clearly and professionally.
This agreement may be terminated:
By either party with 7 days written notice
Immediately, in cases of breach, non-payment, or unethical behavior
Upon termination:
All unpaid work must be settled
Final deliverables will be transferred (if paid)
Confidential data will be deleted upon written request
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, regardless of the client’s country of residence.
